Employment Law in a Nutshell: 3 Hour CLE

The Oklahoma City Chapter joins the Labor & Employment Law Section to bring national speakers to address important employment topics that provide local practitioners with critical information for anyone faced with employment matters. The 3-hour CLE will address the basics of both state and federal labor and employment law, including EEO, DOL’s new overtime rules and other FLSA matters, as well as employee leave rights, timely wage payment obligations, and limitations on employee solicitations and other competition.

This CLE - "Employment Law in a Nutshell" will be September 23, 2016, from 1:30 PM - 4:45 PM at the William J. Holloway, Jr. Federal Courthouse.
