The Oklahoma City Chapter of the Federal Bar Association
sends its warm congratulations to Ellie Johnson, recipient of the 2013 Public
Service Scholarship awarded by the Foundation of the Federal Bar Association.

Ellie is the daughter of United States Magistrate Judge Suzanne Mitchell and Oklahoma City University School of Law Professor Barry Johnson.  Ellie is a 2013 graduate of Heritage Hall High School in Oklahoma City and will be attending Georgetown University this fall.

The Foundation’s scholarship is funded in the memory of Earl W. Kintner who served as a distinguished leader of the Federal Bar Association.  His professional and civic leadership serves as a model to aspiring academics, like Ellie.

The decision of the selection committee to award the scholarship to Ellie was unanimous.
