Western District Adopts New Electronic Device Policy

Although the new Policy makes only minor changes to the existing plan, attorneys will be required to sign a new revised Request for Electronic Access Card form and be issued a New Electronic Card in the Court Clerk's office before being permitted to bring "electronic devices" into the courthouse.  Please note both the new Request Forms and Access Cards are printed in canary yellow paper. To view the Order and the Request for Electronic Acces Card form click here.
